Coat Fiordaliso – Made in Italy
The Lanificio Fratelli Piacenza fabrics are known as the “Yarn of Gods” founded 1733, based in Pollone Biella. “What we call environmental sustainability today is what we ones called the feeling of being at one with nature”. Through the centuries and in particular under the guide of the 14th generation we deeply committed to embedding sustainability in an ambitious plan for reducing the environmental footprint, preserve the planet and taking care of people based on the following pillars: People, Planet, Product, Process and Partnership.
We know that changing the paradigm and achieving significant results takes time, hence we plan and exact definition about where we want to go in the next years and we defined intermediate steps to follow and objectives to reach and we began to share our progress with our colleagues and collaborators, too.
We manage a complete process along the supply chain and we have a specific responsibility to influence our customer and to create a more efficient eco-business model.
Then the coat is made in Puglia in the South of Italy where your find trullo (plural, trulli) which is a traditional Apulian dry stone hut with a conical roof but also our family artisans who started in early 70’s uniting ancient local art of clothing manufacturing with the most advanced processing technologies.
