Over the recent decade Alex Csergo has won over 40 international marketing awards, achieved ”Hall of Fame” status in the world’s largest communications network, and lead the deployment of world’s leading consumer engagement technology based projects in automotive, logistics, banking, insurance and media industries. Educated in Australia, graduating in artificial intelligence systems, psychology, marketing, and integrated communications. In 2006 Alex established a machine learning AI based data analytics agency – 10 years before big data AI and machine learning would be touted as the new marketing frontier. In 2011 lead Volkswagen Groups largest digital CRM data analytics infrastructure project in China. The project is internationally recognized and remains China’s most awarded automotive program. In 2015 Alex was recruited by Epsilon and Jaguar Land Rover to establish China’s first big data analytics predictive parts and services infrastructure program, achieving ROI in less than three weeks and becoming the most successful technology program in Epsilon’s history. In 2017 Alex established CONVERSYS PRC an AI based real-time consumer communications technology solutions company.
