Fabric mill Lanificio Campore was founded in 1963 by the will of Quintino Broglia Marzé, who already owned in the 50s the Lanificio Broglia, active in Biella. In 1963 Mr. Quintino Broglia Marzé bought the Sella Wool Mill in Campore and transformed the two factories (Lanificio Sella and Lanificio Broglia) into Lanificio Campore.

Today the Lanificio Campore is led by Quintino’s son: Diego with his daughter Cristina. In 2000 Lanificio Campore acquired the Torello Viera wool mill.

The original structure of the factory dates back to 1830, founded by the Sella brothers. In 1831 the brothers Pietro, Gio Battista and Vincenzo Sella founded a factory in Campore called Lanificio Macchina Nuova. This name comes from the purchase of a large, new and modern frame produced in Belgium.

Tradition says that for the transport of this large frame a large chariot pulled by six horses was needed. Hence the name: Lanificio Macchina Nuova. In 1895 it was registered as Lanificio Successori Sella until the beginning of 1924. Subsequently, on October 14, 1924 it became Lanificio Sella. Finally in 1963 it became Lanificio Campore.

From the beginning, Lanificio Sella (Campore) specialized in the production of heavy woolen fabrics for coats, suits and blazers for women and men. The factory continues to create and produce fabrics for tailors, high fashion for high-end leading global luxury brands, designers and other various apparel producers, including for B-Spoken, using eco fabrics with Re-generated Wool fully processed in an energy efficient way in Biella.

Then the blazer is Made in Puglia, South of Italy, where your find trullo (plural, trulli) which is a traditional Apulian dry stone hut with a conical roof but also our family artisans who started in early 70’s uniting ancient local art of clothing manufacturing with the most advanced processing technologies.
